• Operates Hilo truck safely and efficiently and in accordance with MIOSHA and company standards.
• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.
• Inventories materials on work floor.
• Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags, labels or production schedules.
• Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device.

This full-time, hourly, role is a part of our Stamping team and reports to the Stamping Supervisor.

Required experience:

• High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to work with the following tools or machinery:

  • Scales

• Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and consistent manner. Able to apply common sense understanding and use appropriate judgment in routine business situations with supervisor, co-workers and customers.

Knowledge of offset presswork procedures and materials.  Ability to read and follow job specifications to determine materials needed to run each job successfully.  Abiltiy to make adjustment to splicer.  Knowledge to load paper.
