  • Responsibilities

    STG International, Inc. is accepting resumes for a Compliance Manager to support Government Awarded Contracts. 

    The current opening is in support of contract in Erie, PA. 

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

     • Evaluates compliance with policies, practices, and standards to meet business and contract objectives.

     • Ensures internal contractual compliance with the contract terms and the organization’s and client regulations.

     • Oversees government reporting and periodic compliance filings 

     • Takes responsibility for the reliability and validity of the organization’s ILR assessments, the effectiveness of training and certification programs, and the quality and performance of the organization’s trainers, testers and raters.

    Required Skills

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Industry knowledge of federal contracts to include the full life cycle

    • Strong understanding of Federal government billing process and requirements

    • Desire to work in a client facing, consultative role

    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Software 

    • Willing to travel occasionally 

    • Bachelor’s degree and CPA MBA or PMP preferred
