KIRK RD - Oversee the day to day manufacturing operations for a LF Digital shift. Ensure that all department processes and procedures are being followed. Provide instruction to employees, review work in processes for quality and customer job specifications. Maintain and update daily production records and produce reports as necessary. Ensure that safety procedures are followed by all employees.
Perform a wide variety of tasks to ensure a timely flow of production. Compile and maintain information to expedite movement of materials according to work center schedules and priorities. Locate, coordinate, and direct the flow of raw materials, in-process print materials, and finished components within the LF Digital department. Communicate information to upstream and downstream departments regarding job status and schedules. Assist with production planning and work with the department scheduler to ensure accurate scheduling of print and finishing work centers.
This position is available on a split shift.

Skilled in understanding job ticket instructions. Ability to identifying the correct work flow for to meet and exceed customer quality and schedule expectations. Excellent knowledge of LF Digital processes, procedures, techniques, and equipment. 2-5 years work history in a manufacturing environment required; experience in printing environment required.
