    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Perform first/last piece inspection approvals on production parts.
    • Verify incoming and in process material meets the customer requirements.
    • Completing inspection related documents.
    • Understands how to use measurement tools and equipment.
    • Inspects parts for quality defects. Measures part to ensure they meet specifications
    • Perform in-process inspections per inspection worksheet, gage instructions and other customer requirements.
    • Collect SPC data as required.
    • Perform GR & R Studies
    • Interpret customer drawings (GD&T).
    • Verify quality of sort and rework operations. (Set-up sorts, gather information from sorts).
    • Active Team participant in problem-solving activities.
    • Support of Non-Conforming System Proficiency .
    • LMI usage and mastering.
    • Ability to use computers in area of quality alerts, setting up sorts and gather information from sorts.
    • Ability to take calls from customers and set-up sorts, document communication and notify proper personnel.
    • Support IATF-16949 and ISO 14001 standards and procedures.
    • Champions IATF 16949 conformance in department.

    This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Quality team and reports to the Quality Supervisor.

  • Qualifications
    • Very strong technical and analytical skills to drive projects forward and resolve issues
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills at all organizational levels
    • Detail-oriented 
    • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in technology
    • College degree preferred
    • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
    • Knowledge of information and archiving lifecycle phases
    • Self-motivated and strong team player
    • Ability to multi-task responsibilities while cognizant of deadlines
    • Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft skills particularly Excel, Word, and Visio
