    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    · Responsible for completing Request for Quote proposals for new or expanding business opportunities.

    · Maintain quotes, coordinate internal and external resources for on-time delivery.

    · Negotiate product and related sales and marketing issues with customers and affiliates.

    · Review customer Purchase Orders and other commercial contracts for accuracy of pricing, tooling, and Terms & Conditions prior to sign-off and internal submission.

    · Develops strategy for less complex RFQ packages, may require assistance from management for more complex quote packages.

    · Key point of contact for current and prospective customer open issues, resolving concerns, and increasing satisfaction as it relates to their function.

    · Develops presentations that clearly and professionally depict Autokiniton, which is consistent with department objectives.

    · Develops creative solutions to differentiate Autokiniton from competition.

    · Guides cross-function proposal team in developing Request for Quote proposals for new and expanding business.

    · Cultivates customer accounts to create additional business opportunities, increase sales revenue, improve margins, and identify new product requirements.

    · Investigates, understands, and communicates customer program intentions and strategic direction. Identifies core programs and competitive landscape.

    · Maintain highly confidential information sensitive to Autokiniton’ s business strategy.

    · Analyzes current processes and systems. Identifies and implements activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.

    · Provides key input into the development of departmental strategic goals along with identifying key measurables to support the departmental goals.

    This full-time salary-exempt role is a part of our Corporate Sales team and reports to the Sales Manager.

    Required experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of industry experience preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
    • Knowledge of auto industry and production, service and quality standards.
    • Strong administrative skills and ability to quickly understand customer internet database.
    • Ability to handle difficult situations.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

  • Qualifications
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Surgical Unit, Outpatient Facility, Primary Care and/ OR Adult Health.
    • Retain current and unrestricted nursing license in the state in which the RN practices.
    • Retain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or MTN.
    • Knowledge of and ability to apply professional nursing principles, procedures, and techniques.
    • Ability to assess patient condition, recognize adverse signs and symptoms, and react swiftly in emergency situations.
    • Ability to set realistic, measurable education goals for patients, taking into consideration patient/family needs, level of understanding and available local resources.
    • Ability to develop and provide individualized and group counseling, guidance, and health instruction with the focus on disease prevention and health maintenance.
    • Ability to teach patients and/or families proper home health care activities, such as giving injections, taking blood pressures, changing wound dressings, etc.
    • Knowledge of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment, including desired effects, side effects, complications, and patient usage considerations.
    • Knowledge of the basic concepts of customer service techniques related to age-specific population.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills along with proper telephone etiquette.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, Electronic Medical Records and computer maneuverability.
    • Knowledge of pharmacology.
    • Must have exceptional diplomatic communication skills and experience in handling difficult customer situations.
    • Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
