    STGi is currently seeking a qualified Program Manager (LCSW/LMFT) candidates for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) Supportive Housing (HUD/VASH) Program.

    _The Director will manage all aspects of the HUD-VASH contract serving Veterans within LA County. The Director will be responsible for supervising the Clinical Supervisors & the Clinical Contract Representative to ensure that all technical and clinical components of the program are implemented at the highest of quality and exceeding the benchmarks of the contract. _

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Leadership, Administration, Oversight

    • Provide direction, leadership, and oversight for all aspects of hiring, onboarding, and professional development for the HUD-VASH multidisciplinary team.
    • Provide input into the quality assurance and risk mitigation plans.
    • Conduct ongoing supervision for quality assurance, staff development, performance management, and ongoing training to Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Contract Representative.
    • Establish collaborative relationships with all government clients including VA CO and VA CORs. Participate in weekly administrative meetings with the VA COR and VA Liaisons to discuss contract performance and trends.
    • Establish and maintain an ongoing schedule for leadership team meetings, including individual supervision. Participate in team meetings and case conference sessions a part of quality assurance.
    • Respond to challenges, deadlines, and emergencies to ensure the safety of all team members, as needed.
    • Establish standard operating procedures for the entire HUD-VASH team in coordination with STGi policies.
    • Serve as a liaison to staff and STGi payroll/HR. Support timely response to inquiries or tasks.
    • Develop annual budget for HUD-VASH program in coordination with the Director of Education Services.
    • Develop annual self-assessment CPARs for the HUD-VASH program in coordination with the Director of Education Services.
    • Contribute to and participate in the monthly/quarterly Internal Program Reviews to ensure ongoing quality and completion of contract deliverables.

    Required Experience

    • Must have a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or counseling. Must have an active, current, unrestricted license in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
    • Experience working on government contracts for a minimum of two (2) years.
    • Experience working with the homeless population for a minimum of three (3) years preferred.
    • Experience with Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry System preferred.
    • Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) experience preferred.
    • Housing Program Models and best practices like Housing First preferred.

    Pay Rate: $115,000 annually.
