    RRD IS NOW HIRING SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVES FOR OUR DICE TEAM!

    The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating and cultivating opportunities with Fortune 1000 prospects that support RRD’s DATA INSIGHTS AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT (DICE) practice.  The position will be charged with the effective management of the sales process, deepening and strengthening DICE relationships with key prospects, and assisting in the coordination or resources throughout the sales cycle and during transition to services delivery team(s).

    This individual will be a highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter able to lead sales efforts that are not only focused on the capabilities in which they serve but also able to cross-sell within and between capabilities within the company.  A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision-makers is essential.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive new revenue growth for DICE in several ways:
      • Collaborate with the strategic partners and/or RRD Enterprise Sales reps in the identification and development of DICE opportunities
      • Lead, manage or contribute to pursuit efforts for RFPs
      • Lead renewal efforts if/when the opportunity needs extra sales expertise
    • Meet sales quota goals
    • Successfully support the sales cycle with during the sales phase of a deal
    • Architect and set up complex projects usually involving multiple RRD solutions
    • Analyze customer business goals, objectives, needs, process and existing infrastructure
    • Apply business outcome-based sales principles and demonstrates relevant and transferable company experience in developing sales strategy, opportunity briefs and sales plans to drive new logo and client solution
    • Work closely with the operating groups to define and extend the core offerings
    • Understand the prospect and client decision-making process and organizational map
    • Establish trusted relationships with CMOs and other client executives to originate new opportunities and to position our capabilities
    • Develop and maintain an accurate, high-quality pipeline that is aligned to the company’s sales process

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Masters degree a plus
    • Minimum of 7 years consultative sales experience with a history of quota attainment
    • Experience with closing large, complex sales deals (origination experience a plus)
    • Knowledge and understanding of the Martech industry, specifically Adobe, Salesforce, and CDPs
    • Experience architecting complex solutions for large corporations
    • Ability to propose solid solutions to meet customer requirements
    • Must have solid knowledge in Marketing Technology, Data & Analytics and Agency Services
    • Must have deep technical experience in integration of multiple solutions and the ability to determine scope, duration, resources required prior to beginning a project
    • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Travel, Media, Entertainment, Non-Profit, High Tech or Retail will be an added advantage
    • Strong ability and desire to prospect

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED SKILLS:  

    • Ability to utilize resources, research and available technology to appropriately provide guidance to staff, parents and partners regarding early childhood issues from the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC), National Centers and other Office of Head Start national resources.
    • Ability to develop, train and provide presentations to individuals, small and large groups.
    • Familiarity with the Improving School Readiness for Head Start Act of 2007, Head Start and Early Head Start Programs, OHS Monitoring Protocols and processes,  and knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards and Other Regulations as they apply to all facets of early childhood education, family engagement, collaboration, and professional development.
    • Understanding of the State Early Learning Standards.
    • Knowledge of software systems that hold career training data and child outcome data at the grantee level.
    • Understanding of developmentally, culturally, and linguistically appropriate curriculum and assessment.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
    • Sustained concentration and attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage workload and deadlines.
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Demonstrated knowledge/education in working with infants/toddlers and/or preschoolers.
