    STG International is currently accepting resumes for a Full-time Employee and Labor Relations Specialist to support a government agency in the Washington Metropolitan area. 

    THIS POSTING IS FOR FUTURE OPENINGS – NO CURRENT AVAILABLE POSITIONS.

     

    Duties to include: 

    • Provides senior level support for human resource service programs in the areas of Employee and Labor Relations.
    • Expert knowledge in Federal policies, procedures, and programs.
    • May provides advice and assistance to employees and managers on matters related to conduct, performance, attendance and dispute resolution.
    • Provides management on a variety of labor relation issues.

    Required Skills

    • The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and requires the ability to work courteously and effectively with HR personnel, business units, and the union.

    Required Experience

    • The candidate must have experience in counseling, administering and/or negotiating labor agreements and areas affecting conditions of work.
    • The candidate must have a minimum of ten years of Federal HR experiences.
