    Position Summary:


    · Support the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment efforts for various positions in the organization, utilizing ATS and external recruitment sites.

    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to plan and execute talent needs.

    · Manage and perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing top candidates.

    · Reviews employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs and other qualifications of applicant.

    · Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interest, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of candidates/ applicants.

    · Reviews job orders and matched candidates/ applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search.

    · Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.

    · Selects recruiting sources and techniques to fulfill the company’s needs by attracting qualified candidates.

    · Coach and guide hiring managers.

    · High level of sourcing experience across all functional areas

    · Keeps informed of developments in such areas as compensation, employee benefits and general human resources practices.

    · Will be participating in your Internship Program, so have to travel to local schools, may need to travel over night for non-local schools, if needed.

    This full-time role is a part of our team and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

    Required experience:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Recruiting, Business Administration, preferred.

    · Minimum five (5) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    · Knowledge of federal, state and local interviewing, employment and recruiting laws.

    · Dedication to sourcing top talent

    · Time management, organization and documentation skills.

    · Has the ability to sell, influence, negotiate and collaborate.

    · Expertise in social media recruiting techniques (Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIN etc)

    · Comfortable cold calling passive candidates to generate interest in AUTOKINITON.

    · Excellent written, verbal, listening, interpersonal and presentation skills.

    · Requires the ability to adapt to change and new priorities.

    · Professional certification a plus.

  • Qualifications
    • High School or equivalent with 5-6 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job, OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.  May possess additional education certification in this level.
    • Requires excellent knowledge of functional area(s) related to the job or good knowledge related to a professional field of work. 
    • Able to consistently apply applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives when carrying out the duties of the job. 
    • May provide oversight of work conducted by junior level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy. 
    • Must have advanced knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office or MAC word processing, spreadsheets or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully. 
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments.
    • Must have strong organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload and make adjustment to meet business needs.
