Job Description
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
The BDR is a logistics sales role. The BDR prospects and seeks new business through traditional and non-traditional sales methods. You will also be responsible for growing and managing those accounts. This is an in-office or work from home, commission-based (1099) position.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Prospect new business through warm and cold leads
- Solicit new accounts through traditional & non-traditional sales methods
- Manage and grow accounts
- Work with customers to strengthen our partnerships and provide highest quality service
- Work with Operations to hit service targets

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Determined & professional with a desire to win
- High School Diploma (college preferred)
- Good computer skills / ability to learn new software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knows how to prioritize and is not easily overwhelmed
- Team player and a willing communicator
