    Job Description

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

    The BDR is a logistics sales role. The BDR prospects and seeks new business through traditional and non-traditional sales methods. You will also be responsible for growing and managing those accounts. This is an in-office or work from home, commission-based (1099) position.

     

    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Prospect new business through warm and cold leads
    • Solicit new accounts through traditional & non-traditional sales methods
    • Manage and grow accounts
    • Work with customers to strengthen our partnerships and provide highest quality service
    • Work with Operations to hit service targets

    WHAT WE OFFER:

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Determined & professional with a desire to win
    • High School Diploma (college preferred)
    • Good computer skills / ability to learn new software
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knows how to prioritize and is not easily overwhelmed
    • Team player and a willing communicator

    JOB TYPE: Full-time / Part-time
