Job Description
We are looking for a qualified individual for a Dispatch Administrator position For a growing Locksmith Company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Dispatching work to Technicians.
Covering dispatch office phones.
Handling all phone calls/issues.
Processing and closing out all work orders.
Keep an updated contact list of all Technicians.
Schedule work orders physically and on computer
Requirements: You MUST be able to work well under pressure and be available Mon-Fri on a Full Time basis Weekends are required with possible night shifts Previous dispatch or customer service experience Knowledge of Atlanta Metro Area Positive attitude Professional phone demeanor Excellent verbal communication Professional appearance Clean background & drug screen Demonstrate the ability to follow operational procedures Strong customer service orientation Effective organizational and communication skills Excellent written communication An ability to function well as part of a team Diligent attention to detail Ability to learn new software This position is ideal for someone who has experience in all or some of the following: Dispatch, Data Entry, Customer Service, Administrative
