    DIGITAL MARKETING & ECOMMERCE MANAGER: Responsible for working with the Chief Brand Officer to implement and execute strategic digital marketing & eCommerce plans for the global organization and all brands in order to attract potential customer leads and drive increases in online revenues.

     

    This is a get-your-hands dirty, in-the-trenches, driven-doer's position where paid & organic media are your sandbox and split tests, audience optimization, and irresistible headlines are your shovels, buckets, and tonka trucks. You live for higher than industry average conversion rates, you mourn a lost click, and celebrate turning leads into lifetime customer value.

     

    Day-to-day tasks include implementing, driving, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, conducting analytics assessment to monitor the viability of marketing efforts, helping drive and manage online accounts including Amazon, monitoring and managing social media channels, advising on media & marketing tactics, and liaising with partner agencies and vendors. Also responsible for operation and management of multiple brand websites, interfacing with and directing web development teams, and as situations require, standing ready to remedy website issues or emergencies.

     

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

    • Bachelors degree preferably in marketing, business management or related field OR proven real world experience providing the equivalent
    • Must have a background in managing e-commerce platforms and strategies, funnel strategies, website optimization, conversion strategy, online shipping management, and familiarity with SEO and SEM.
    • Experience working with Wordpress and HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
    • Experienced, well-versed in email marketing, list management and working in an email management platform
    • Ability to manage and communicate with third party development teams
    • Span the divide between strategic management and analytical assessment
    • Project management is a highly critical component of this role
    • Exceptional organization and ability to manage significant amounts of detail and nuance is a must
    • Thick skin, an open mind, and willingness to experiment at the risk of failure
    • Must possess and demonstrate extraordinary communication skills
    • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
    • Budget-management skills and proficiency
    • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
    • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
    • Familiarity with setup/management of payment gateways like auth.net, PayPal and Amazon Pay is a plus.
    • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

     

    DUTIES:

    • Responsible for managing all website activities, updates, security, merchandising, accuracy, etc.
    • Weekly reporting of key B2B & DTC commerce KPI’s
    • Daily coordination of open projects with creative team
    • Daily coordination with Chief Brand Officer
    • With Sales lead, manage and maintain Amazon assets and account including Amazon A+ content creation
    • Manage affiliate marketing programs
    • Stay up to date on software or data trends
    • Keep current knowledge of online trends
    • Working with webmaster and external dev team to update website for new mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
    • Provide analytic reports of online sales
    • Manage and oversee SEO & PPC efforts
    • Manage regular email marketing efforts
