    About the Role:

    Provider Health Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our growing team in Columbus, OH.     Responsibilities:

    Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

    Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff

    Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety protocols

    Support patients with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs

    Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents and patients

    Document care activities accurately in accordance with facility policies and procedures

    Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

    Most have knowledge of hoyer left

    Requirements:

    Active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in good standing

    Previous experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare setting preferred

    Strong understanding of patient rights, dignity, and person-centered care

    Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

    Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
