JOB SUMMARY

We are an independently owned and operated family Signarama store that is part of a franchise that is backed by over 30 years of experience and over 900 locations worldwide. We are a full service, custom sign shop that provides quality products and services to our customers.

We are currently looking for team members that can focus on our customers. He/she must be a team player who will learn to assess customer signage needs and utilize developed knowledge to suggest solutions and create quotes as well as supporting the stores online marketing program and managing our customer satisfaction program. Must be a self-motivator and take pride in the Signarama team.
Pay is hourly but also includes bonus potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The ideal candidate for this position likes people, interacting and talking with them and also has proficient computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). He/she must have fluent English speaking and writing skills and strong mastery of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading rules. In addition, he/she must have a good understanding of marketing strategies, basic sales and telemarketing tactics and excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous customer facing jobs is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time - Full time includes paid time off and holidays, health and dental benefits and 401k
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour plus quarterly bonus potential
