Stonewerx Promo is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to join our small hard working team! You will service our customers to meet the commercial or promotional needs of our fast growing market. This job requires the ability to work with our fast-growing company using your people pleasing, organizational skills and talents to help us continue to wow our customers. Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up emails to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Communication with clients throughout process
• Ability to work off hours when need for questions from customers and vendors
• Multitasking a number of clients and products
• Work with graphics department to make our customer's vision come to life.
• Find products our customers love and want.
• Develop rapport with clients
• Stay up to date on client services, products, and industry trends
• Communicate with managers, clients, coworkers and staff on a daily basis in order to stay up to date on client information
• Manage promotional group orders

​ Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent in experience
• 1 - 3 year of the following experience: Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Retail, Promotions, Hospitality,
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with sales platforms and workflow programs such as Salesforce and Asana
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong multitasking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong Computer skills
• Amazing work ethic (Hardworking)
• Ability to work well with others and on your own

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend / Evening availability for vendor and customer questions

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay per quarter dependent upon sales goals
