The lead mitigation monitor works closely with the Foreman and Project Management team to ensure jobs are being dried to standard while properly documenting in MICA. This position will also inspect new losses while providing a work plan for PMs to review and crews to follow. This position involves both office time, site visits, and hands-on fieldwork to effectively enact a project. This technician will be required to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency services. A successful candidate is organized and has strong customer service experience. They will communicate issues to the foreman as they arise. OFFERING • Competitive hourly compensation. • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401k Plan & IRA • Employee referral program • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Cell Phone Allowance • Growth Opportunities • Tool Assistance Program Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO • Assessing damages and developing a drying/cleaning/action plan for each unique loss • Setting up and monitoring drying equipment in customers’ homes or commercial spaces • Taking and recording moisture readings and monitoring the drying process • Providing/ensuring daily updates and progress photos into the job file for the Project Manager Qualifications: WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE • A Driver's License and a clean driving record • Experience with MICA, Drytrack, or other moisture-mapping software • A working cell phone and be willing to download communication apps. (DASH) • Strong communication skills • Must have or have had a Water, Mold, Fire, or other applicable certification recognized by the IICRC • Have or be willing to acquire tools for demolition (multi-tool, drills, circular saw, hand tools, etc.) • A high level of attention to detail and exceptional teamwork skills and reliable transportation.
