    Service Team Of Professionals (STOP Restoration) is an industry-leading restoration company providing both residential and commercial property damage services including water, fire, smoke and mold damage. We're looking for a creative, passionate, and dedicated Account Representative who will serve as a primary contact and trusted partner for clients, managing all elements of the prospecting and pre-sales process.

    The main objective of the Account Representative is in the development of relationships through route marketing, following the Company’s marketing strategy and processes. In addition, the Account Representative may also contribute to the Company’s marketing efforts in areas outside of route marketing.

    Responsibilities: ​

    · Manage customer relationships within a portfolio of assigned accounts.

    · Engage with and develop face-to-face relationships with business owners / managers in the community.

    · Proactively engage and educate clients through regular meetings, dedicated phone and email communication and tailored support and training efforts​.

    · Work collaboratively with our team to lead the successful onboarding of new accounts, understand key client business drivers, and ensure extraordinary customer success and retention​.

    · Identify and spearhead strategic opportunities for increased client engagement, advocacy, and growth.

    · Become a STOP Restoration service expert, maintain an understanding of ongoing trends, and leverage this information to deepen client relationships and build continued trust​.

    Skills and Experience:

    · Proficiency in establishing and maintaining professional relationships.

    · Ability to handle challenging clients and situations.

    · Ability to document and track related customer data, using both hardcopy and related software.

    · Experience with creating and delivering presentations to groups and individuals.

    · Ability to work effectively both as a team-player and individually.

    · Experience in these industries preferred but not required: Insurance, Property Management, Real Estate, Construction, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.

    Qualifications and Requirements: ​

    · Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving records.

    · Bachelor’s Degree preferred​.

    · Must display a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and systems.

    · Must be customer-focused and detail-oriented.

    · Must have self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities​.

    · Must have the ability to work independently as well as in team settings.

    · Experience with account portfolio planning, management, and prioritization​ preferred.

    · A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a proactive, customer-facing role (B2B experience a plus)​.
