Our style leans toward teens and young adults but everyone can find something to love at Uptown.

    We''re seeking a dedicated, fun STORE MANAGER who can take Ownership of a store, lead a team, and assist with inventory management. Gotta have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!)

    Responsibilities:

    Evaluate and price incoming inventory using our proprietary software (We'll train)

    Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store staff.

    Customer Service: Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.

    Sales Management: Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase sales

    Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, ordering products, and managing stock rotation and markdowns

    Visual Merchandising: Ensuring the store layout and displays are attractive and in line with brand standards.

    Marketing and Promotions: Planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

    Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

    Performance Evaluation: Conducting performance evaluations for store staff and providing feedback.

    Problem Solving: Resolving customer complaints, addressing operational issues, & handling emergencies.

    Reporting: Generating reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics for senior management.

    Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve long-term business objectives.

    Run the store with passion and drive (MUST BE A GO-GETTER)

    Must have a minimum of 2-3 years as a Retail Manager and a minimum of 2 -3 years Fashion Retail Management in the last 4 years

    Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC with Great Initiative

    Must be able to take Ownership and have a GREAT attitude

    YOU MUST BE A STRONG LEADER

    Duties necessary based on business need

    Fashion /Retail Merchandising degree or Previous years of Resale Experience a plus!
