    Core Responsibilities

    This is a customer facing role focused on customer acquisition and account management

    Develop and maintain a true customer relationship based off of evolving products and services

    Handle any customer inquiries and complaints

    You will be responsible for helping customers and providing product and services based information

    Qualifications

    Ability to prioritize and multitask

    Excellent written and verbal communications

    Ability to build rapport with customers

    Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

    Must be able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor

    Keep in mind this is an entry level customer service position. We are seeking the right team player in assisting our team and clients based off creativity and timely interactions.
