    At STORM, the Sales and Marketing Assistant is a key facilitator in our selling efforts, instrumental in driving the sales process from start to finish. This role is central to creating sales presentations, scheduling meetings, following up with clients, and responding to inquiries, ensuring a smooth and effective sales cycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Collaborate closely with Senior Management and the sales team to develop and fine-tune sales strategies and approaches.

    Create compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and industry trends.

    Manage the scheduling of sales meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and clients.

    Follow up with clients throughout the sales process to foster relationships and advance sales opportunities.

    Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their goals, ensuring the success of objectives.

    Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients post-installation, addressing inquiries and ensuring continued satisfaction.

    Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM systems with client interactions, sales progress, and relevant data.

    Maintain a comprehensive database for tracking client interactions, sales leads, and pertinent information.

    Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, coordinating with the sales team to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.

    Assist in coordinating internally to align sales proposals with technical and operational capabilities.

    Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform and improve sales strategies and approaches.

    Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure integrated business plans that align with customer demand and are executed efficiently.

    Lead cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive business plans, ensuring seamless information flow across departments.

    Document and facilitate regular planning meetings, and create detailed reports, including post-campaign analyses and future recommendations.

    Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales presentations and materials with external communication strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, operations planning, or a similar role in a technology or digital environment.

    Proficiency in creating detailed and engaging sales presentations.

    MS Office Proficient

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-service orientation.

    Work Environment:

    Office-based role focused on supporting the sales team with client interactions.

    Dynamic and collaborative environment requiring adaptability and responsiveness to client needs.

    Regular office hours with occasional need for flexibility based on client schedules and project demands.

    Salary and Benefits:

    Salary range is $44,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Opportunity for annual bonus based on performance against KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).

    Opportunity for additional income for bringing new clients/sales to the company.
