Skilled Trades Partners (STP) is hiring an Estimator for a highly reputable company based out of Nashua, NH. The ideal candidate has previous estimating experience in the commercial construction field.

Our client is a great family owned commercial construction company based in Nashua, NH that specializes in Metal Framing, Drywall, Insulation, In wall Blocking, Finishing and Metal Buildings and offers a small team office environment!

Responsibilities:

• Independent estimating of between 15-20 million per year
• Attend pre-bid meetings to obtain project specifications
• Assign bid responsibilities to team
• Contact suppliers and vendors for material pricing
• Develop project schedules
• Managing projects from a cost perspective, ordering materials as needed

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in construction and cost estimating
• Experience estimating across all sectors of construction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a very busy, high pressure situation to meet deadlines
• Experience with OnScreen TakeOff highly preferred!

Salary $85k-$90K DOE + Full Benefits!
