****Skilled Trades Partners, Inc is seeking an Electrical Estimator in Worcester, MA. This position is responsible for estimating commercial and industrial jobs for customers, and assisting with the completion of estimates and jobs in a timely manner. This is a full-time salary exempt position.

Our client is a leading and growing commercial electrical contractor that offers electrical construction, design, solar installation, maintenance and energy efficiency services all throughout New England since 2008.

Responsibilities:

• Review scope of work, drawings, materials needed and specifications of the project
• Contact suppliers and vendors for material pricing
• Prepare estimates using estimating software in a timely manner
• Produce scope letter inclusions, exclusions and clarifications for the estimates
• Collaborate with the project management team and operations on a regular basis
• Managing projects from a cost perspective, ordering materials as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction and cost estimating
• Experience estimating across all sectors of construction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Planswift, OnScreen and/or TakeOff is preferred

Salary $75k-$120K DOE + Full Benefits!
