    Job Title: Office Assistant (Bilingual Chinese Mandarin and English Speaker)

    Job Location: Secaucus, New Jersey (On-site)

    Job Type: Direct Hire/ Full-Time Permanent

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

    Salary: $60k - $80k

    

    Seeking a Bilingual (Chinese Mandarin & English Speaking) Office assistant to assist with the daily work of our local management by:

    • · Providing administrative assistance, such as writing, editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on management's behalf.

    • · Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.

    • · Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.

    • · Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

    • · Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

    • · Help provide transportation for management to their destinations.

    Additional Requirements :

    • · Must be able to fluently speak and write both English and Chinese Mandarin.

    • · Must have excellent attention to detail.

    • · Must have a valid driver’s license as travel is required

    • · Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US.
