Job Type: Direct Hire/ Full-Time Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: $60k - $80k
Seeking a Bilingual (Chinese Mandarin & English Speaking) Office assistant to assist with the daily work of our local management by:
· Providing administrative assistance, such as writing, editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on management's behalf.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
· Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
· Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
· Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
· Help provide transportation for management to their destinations.
Additional Requirements :
· Must be able to fluently speak and write both English and Chinese Mandarin.
· Must have excellent attention to detail.
· Must have a valid driver’s license as travel is required
· Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US.
