    ROLE OVERVIEW

    STRATIS IoT is actively seeking an empathetic, passionate, and team-oriented Vice President of People to own the health and growth of our quickly expanding team of adventurous, multifaceted individuals.

    As the VP of People, you are excited to innovatively foster a collaborative culture to recruit, retain, and prioritize people in a diverse community. You will have several years of human resources experience in problem-solving and supporting teams in complex ecosystems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop warm and trusting relationships with all Team members.
    • Advocate for and empower the Team and employees' career growth.
    • Collaborate on the roll-out of benefit plans, onboarding activities, and internal audits.
    • Support remote employees.
    • Coordinate recruiting talent, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, attending events, assisting in the creation of outreach campaigns, and partnering with meaningful organizations in Philadelphia.
    • Build diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives alongside our internal Diversity and Inclusion group.
    • Maintain and manage various HR logs such as EEO log, I-9's, OSHA, etc.
    • Promote employee engagement and team-building through collaborating on Team activities.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Team player;
    • Several years of experience in HR or related field/role;
    • Several years of experience in problem-solving, empowering dynamic teams;
    • Proficiency in oral and written communication;
    • Love for learning;
    • Adaptable on rapidly growing team;
    • Ability to maintain and thoughtfully manage confidential information;
    • Experience in Leadership or involvement in diversity, equity, and inclusion programs or initiatives
