Background & Experience, You have:
· A minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager for a General Contractor
· Experience providing effective oversight of project milestones, deadlines, and keeping on the critical path
· Experience job-costing projects in progress and capable of making the right decisions to ensure a profit is generated
· Experience creating and tracking a Schedule of Values for company and from subcontractors
· Experience with AIA Contracts and AIA G701, G702, and G703 Documents
· Experience vetting Pay-Applications for both the Company and Subcontractor’s work and subcontractor approval
· Experience resolving conflict with city officials, architects, designers, clients, subcontractors, and employees
· Training as a Leader to motivate, facilitate training, and generate results in those who report to you.
· Ability to enforce company SOP’s and accountability to those who repeat mistakes.
· Strong Administration Skills – follow up all verbal conversations in writing and the Discipline to ensure CO work is not approved to proceed without it in writing.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000.
