STRIDE aims to create a space where running is understood at all levels to be an essential mode of fitness and recognized by everyone as one of the easiest, most engaging, and most effective ways to achieve your mental& physical goals.The General Manager will oversee all Studio functionality including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and all Studio Certified Run Coaches.RESPONSIBILITIES:RESPONSIBILITIES:• Create and execute ongoing marketing plan based on studio needs with a focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention and loyalty• Schedule/participate in Grassroots Marketing partnerships on a weekly basis to drive new guest traffic• Plan/schedule events for studio 3-6 times a month
