Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful multidisciplenary wellness center. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.

**This is an AM position, must be available to START at 9AM Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of focused massage treatments, mostly just one or two areas, usually in 30 min appointment blocks

Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy

Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals

Ensure a clean and safe facility

Complying with all applicable NYS treatment standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

Hold current NY state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting

High level of ethics and integrity.

Ability to manage time and multitask

Multiple shifts available-- am and pm-- for mutiple days per week.
