STROCO Manufacturing, Inc. is growing! We are looking to add to our team - seeking KEY PLAYERS with strong work ethic, punctuality, strong attendance, respect and integrity. We currently have openings in the following administrative positions/departments:

·         Contracts Support

·         Estimating Support

·         Purchasing Support

·         Quality Engineering Support

·         Quality Engineer

·         Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

·         Shipping/Receiving

Aerospace experience a plus, but not required. Current employees have interest in fields including, but not limited to: Aerospace, Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, Engineering, English, History, Library Science, Manufacturing Drawings/Blueprints, and Mathematics.

Work Schedule Options: We have a unique culture which offers a variety of work schedules. The Compressed Work Schedule option (9/9s) generates almost every-other Friday off (with exception based around holidays). Compressed Work Schedule is not mandatory but is chosen by the majority of our team. In addition, we have a range of start times to choose from, 2nd shift options and overtime availability.
