Structure Resources is seeking an Electrician Crew Lead to join our client's innovation team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with an innovative electrical contractor that has a strong team environment and ample room for upward mobility.

They are looking for a Electrician Crew Lead who will perform and manage production of pre-manufactured electrical assemblies, alterations, additions, of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential, commercial, and industrial electrical industry in a manufacturing environment.

This includes: underground duct bank skids, modular electrical room equipment skids, overhead conduit racks, modular room kits and assemblies, power walls, and lighting. As a lead fabricator, one of your primary responsibilities is to supervise and manage a team of electrical fabricators.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing supervision of crews preferred and meets position requirements.
• Electrical experience preferred

Compensation: $25 - $35/hour
