Structure Resources is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Skilled Trades. This individual will help service our clients, who are some of the nation's leading electrical contractors.

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for conducting phone screens to assess the experience level of candidates, scheduling phone and video calls/interviews, and occasional travel to meet on site with new hires.

Location: position can be worked remotely (Phoenix, AZ or Noblesville, IN preferred)

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience in a skilled trades recruiter role
• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience recruiting electricians (required)

Compensation:

• Salary is based on experience - around $50k.
• Up to $50k in additional commissions.
