STS Technical Services is hiring CLIENT SOLUTIONS COORDINATORSin SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA.

Job Overview: Support a group of mechanics and technicians working onsite at one of our customers, a major aviation company. This direct-hire position offers lucrative salary and benefits, and the opportunity to impact a major program-level account in a rapidly-growing staffing organization with a unique approach to client relationships.

Essential Functions:

• Work onsite at our clients facility, serving as a liaison between STS, our employees, and our client
• Support employees by ensuring that they are in compliance with internal STS requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.) and clients requirements (dress code, tools, documentation, etc.) prior to their start date
• Perform new employee orientations, including information specific to clients jobsite
• Maintain documentation of active and inactive employees at worksite using a variety of databases
• Schedule employees for training when necessary
• Prepare and present business reports to client periodically with the support of leadership
• Process terminations and conduct exit interviews

Educational Background & Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED; Aviation or Administrative Background preferred.

General Qualifications:

• Two to five years of prior onsite customer service experience
• Ability to present well in a manufacturing setting to both clients and employees
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused work ethic
• Polished and consultative interpersonal communication skills

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree preferred;
