  • Responsibilities

    Studio 2H Design, LLC is seeking an Accounting Clerk.  The Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports for management, and recording a wide range of financial transactions.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing accounts receivables and payables
    • Verifying the accuracy of invoices
    • Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers, and records
    • Data entry for accounting activities
    • Reconciliation of bank statements and bank accounts
    • Reconciliation of records for employees, vendors and customers
    • Investigating data inconsistencies
    • Preparing Profit and Loss statements
    • Performing financial audits
    • Preparing tax reports
    • Assist with preparing company operational budget

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
    • Minimum of 2 years experience
    • Proficient in applicable computer software systems i.e., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Word
