Studio 2H Design, LLC is seeking an Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports for management, and recording a wide range of financial transactions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing accounts receivables and payables
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices
- Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers, and records
- Data entry for accounting activities
- Reconciliation of bank statements and bank accounts
- Reconciliation of records for employees, vendors and customers
- Investigating data inconsistencies
- Preparing Profit and Loss statements
- Performing financial audits
- Preparing tax reports
- Assist with preparing company operational budget
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Proficient in applicable computer software systems i.e., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet, Microsoft Word
