STUDIO V a dynamic mid-size award-winning architecture firm located in midtown Manhattan is seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper.

Our Studio is open and conveniently located in Midtown South with excellent transportation accessibility. The position will require candidate to work in office.
The ideal candidate will provide the following functions:
- Facilitate office operations and procedures
- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff
- Administrative support for Principal
- Support senior members to plan and schedule meetings on a collective calendar
- Update and disseminate office policies as necessary
- On-board process of new hires and new projects
- Troubleshoot situations that arise in office
- Source, manage and optimize vendors for cleaning, maintenance, supplies for office
- Organize expenses from staff to submit for reimbursement
- Coordinate with brokers on insurance and 401K needs
- Receive and sort mail and packages
- General duties as assigned
The candidate should possess:
- A strong work ethic and related work experience
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Impeccable time-management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and winning people skills
- Creativity to suggest improvements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A Bachelor’s degree with a propensity for art and architecture
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Ajera a plus
