Description
This position is responsible for conducting the check-in and checkout process of a world class operation.
Meet and greet people in a professional manner. Assist all guests with their needs in a professional manner.
Ensure the integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.
Prepare check-in packets for all reservations. Assist reservations in making all reservations.
Make sure that all monies are posted correctly. Assist manager with effective implementation of new policies and procedures as new employees join the company.
Ensure the success of the check-in and checkout process through effective organization and communication.
Perform special projects as requested and/or needed.
Requirements
Must be well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks and meet appropriate deadlines.
Must have some front desk experience with good communication skills.
Must be able to proficiently operate computer software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and be able to navigate the internet.
Must have strong analytical ability to better serve our guests as issues arise.
Must have demonstrated knowledge of front desk operations/reservations and guest service skills and general knowledge of housekeeping processes.
