Marketing and Admissions Professional – Residential & Outpatient SUD Program (Los Angeles, CA)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Admissions Professional to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the behavioral health or substance use treatment industry, with established referral relationships and the ability to generate consistent client admissions from reputable sources. This role combines outreach, relationship management, and admissions oversight to ensure census stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to meet monthly and quarterly admissions goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with hospitals, SUD programs, , therapists, interventionists, EAPs, and other referral sources.
Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community outreach functions.
Oversee all incoming inquiries, screenings, and admissions processes to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Clinical Director, and Intake Team to ensure quality and compliance throughout the admissions process.
Maintain up-to-date CRM or tracking systems for referral contacts, leads, and outcomes.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and conversion rates.
Ensure all outreach and admissions activities align with state and federal compliance standards (DHCS, JCAHO, HIPAA).
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and admissions within a SUD or behavioral health setting.
Demonstrated network of established referral relationships and proven results driving admissions.
Strong understanding of SUD treatment modalities, levels of care, and client eligibility criteria.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, professional, and self-motivated.
Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance.
