ABOUT THE POSITION

Sugar Sugar Hawaii - Pearlridge Boutique is looking for a Sales Associate / Key Holder to join our team. Retail and boutique experience is preferred but not required. Your typical work day will include talking with customers, stocking and organizing the sales floor, and preventing loss.

We are small, but we're growing, so there is also lots of room for upward mobility! Will you join us on this journey?

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping

Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures

Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales and refunds

Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Retail Experience (preferred but not required)

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Positive & Friendly Personality

Good Communication
