Entry-Level/Junior Business and IP Litigation Attorney We are a small-size law firm (6 attorneys) looking for an Entry Level or Junior Business Litigation Attorney who is passionate about being a true advisor and problem solver for businesses. This is an entry-level position for lawyers to gain experience in our firm's practice area (business, IP, and litigation). Responsibilities: DUTIES: • Spot legal issues with new matter • Review, organize and analyze documentation from the clients • Present legal strategies via memos and advisory letters • Perform legal research on pertinent client issues • Assist with drafting business transactions documents • Draft and answer legal questions for marketing and sales teams  • Prepare articles or blog posts on recent legal issues • Assist communication with clients Qualifications: • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment • Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school • Be a member in good standing with the respective State’s Bar Association • Able to think logically and rationally • Excellent verbal and written skills • Be a self-starter that wants to become an active member of a team • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail are a must! • Be trustworthy, and understands the ethical obligations of confidentiality in all situations TO APPLY: Please include legal writing samples and a cover letter.All items must be submitted for consideration.
