Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Manager/ Service Manager to join our team! As a Pool manager, you will be responsible for ordering supplies, training new pool cleaners, obtaining new pool customers/contracts, scheduling service routes, and keeping up with monthly company goals. This person must know how to maintain the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH and chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and handling any service issues from customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.

Responsibilities

Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more

Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results

Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running

Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills

Experience working with pools

Strong service and technical background in the pool industry

Ability to work outside, sometimes in the sun
