CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We offer fresh produce, dairy products, frozen foods, canned goods, and a large variety of snacks and juices as well as janitorial and food service supplies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
· Receive incoming customer calls in a pleasant and helpful manner
· Input customer orders placed via phone, email or fax
· Maintain and update customer information in database
· Process payments by credit card, check, or check by phone
· Communicate with co-workers and sales team to ensure high customer satisfaction
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary
· Enthusiastic, hard-working, reliable and dedicated
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
· Superior time management and organizational abilities
-Must be a team player with a positive attitude
-Must pass a drug test and a background check prior to employment
COMPENSATION:
· $14.00 per hour
· Full-time employment
