We are looking for Solar Sales Professional / Closer / Outside Sales to join our team!

Previous Solar or in-home sales experience is NOT REQUIRED. 

JOB OVERVIEW:

• The Renewable Energy market is Booming and the Sales commissions for new solar contracts has never been a more lucrative opportunity.
• We are currently seeking a driven Sales professional with proven expertise in Outside sales and solar contract negotiation to join us on our mission to build solid relationships with homeowners.

In this role, you will be your own boss.

• This is commission only earnings from installed solar deals (Independent Contractor)
• Our leadership has been in the Solar industry from the beginning so we know all the struggles of working with different dealers that just don't get it.
• We have pride in the systems we have in place and in the strength of support for our sales team.
• We pay aggressively compared to other dealers giving you the flexibility to be more competitive at the table.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Properly prepare for appointments by building proposals, preparing for objections. Present and sell solar products and services to new customers at their home
• Canvas for qualified homeowners/Prospect and contact potential customers Educating them on how solar can save them money and help the environment.
• Stay organized. Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our CRM tool, Resolve customer inquiries and complaints within your pipeline
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of SUNCOAST USA Solar products, promotions, and sales offerings. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous Solar or in-home sales experience is NOT REQUIRED
• Self starter, Entrepreneurial-minded. Experienced Closer
• Motivated to make more than 10k per month

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be motivated by money!
• Bulletproof confidence with exceptional presentation and communications skills and the ability to connect with homeowners
• Relevant prior in-home sales experience with a strong record of achievement is an asset, but not required
• Must possess a positive outlook and intrinsic desire to achieve
