Job Summary

Sunshine ABA Therapy Services is seeking another BCBA to join our team! We are continually expanding with lots of opportunities for growth potential. The location is flexible however our greatest need is in the Orlando/Clermont area. In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, create individualized treatment plans and supervise RBT's. Responsibilities

Perform intakes and assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions

Perform regular supervision of RBT's

Adhere to all facility and BACB standards and ethics

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, Behavior analysis or similar field

Current and unrestricted certification from the BACB

Previous experience as a BCBA preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
