About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations at the retail sales range counter to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.

Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking to maintain product availability.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.

Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.

Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies and events.

Foster a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE a valid FOID card to work in a firearms retail environment.

Previous experience in retail management or sales, preferably in the firearms industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of firearms and related products is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or firearms training are a plus.
