    Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Location: St. Augustine, Florida – moving to - Palm Coast, Florida, USA Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee our supply chain operations. This role is crucial in managing various team members with 5-6 direct reports, including a Supply Chain Data Analyst, Master Planner Scheduler, Procurement and Demand Planning, Supervisor(s), and QA Regulatory Compliance. The Supply Chain Manager will focus on optimizing supply chain processes from raw material procurement to product delivery, ensuring that all purchasing and demand planning activities are effectively coordinated and aligned with organizational goals. This position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a collaborative approach, especially when working closely with the Operations Manager, who oversees Receiving, Drivers, Picking, Packing, and Shipping processes.

    The Supply Chain Manager will ensure operational efficiencies and promoting a positive work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership & Team Management:

    Supervise and support team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.

    Develop training and development programs for team members to enhance skills and productivity.

    Work closely with the Supervisors and Leads to manage personnel effectively, ensuring staffing levels are met to support production needs.

    Vendor Sourcing & Procurement:

    Collaborate with the Vendor Sourcing Manager to ensure effective vendor relationships and sourcing strategies are in place, facilitating efficient purchasing operations.

    Oversee purchasing activities, ensuring quality materials are sourced at optimal cost and delivered on time.

    Lead efforts to negotiate contracts and establish performance metrics for vendors.

    Demand Planning & Inventory Management:

    Oversee the Demand Planning team to develop accurate forecasts and collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.

    Monitor inventory levels to meet production needs while minimizing excess stock and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Production Oversight:

    Coordinate with Production teams, including the Production Supervisor and Leads responsible for product filling, blending, and kitting, to ensure production schedules are met.

    Conduct regular reviews and support the Production Supervisor in identifying and troubleshooting production issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency.

    Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance:

    Work closely with the QA Regulatory Compliance person to enforce quality standards across the supply chain.

    Ensure that all processes adhere to regulatory requirements, conducting audits and implementing necessary changes.

    Collaboration with Warehouse Operations:

    Partner closely with the Warehouse Operations Manager to ensure cohesive integration between supply chain and warehouse processes, including Receiving, Drivers, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.

    Maintain open communication with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on goals and processes.

    What you bring:

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; preferred.

    Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on vendor sourcing, demand planning, people management, negotiations, budget management, data analytics, production, and procurement.

    Proven experience managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.

    Strong analytical skills and proficiency with ERP software and data analysis tools.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate people and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.

    Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance practices within the manufacturing sector.

    Requirements to perform the essential functions of this job:

    Consistent capacity for visual acuity to monitor processes, examine materials, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

    Consistently communicate in English utilizing both written and oral methods including the use of speech and hearing to communicate effectively with team members, clients, customers, and the ability to engage in verbal discussions and listen attentively.

    Ability to perform repetitive tasks, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, process information efficiently, and adapt to a range of challenges with professionalism and resilience

    Ability to visually identify products and their characteristics

    Periodically climb ladders and stairs.

    Consistently work around strong spices, scents, and aromas; candidates must not have sensitivities or allergies that would impede their ability to perform tasks in such an environment (8+ hours per day)
