Job Summary

We are seeking an RBT Supervisor or BCBA to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments create individualized treatment plans, and oversee cases and staff. We want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform intakes and assessments

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility, licensing, and policy standards

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field (required)

Bilingual preferred (highly preferred)

Previous experience as a behavioral health preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
