JOB DESCRIPTION

SURESBY is seeking a talented BUSINESS ANALYST with solid communication and documentation skills. The candidate must have analytical and development management skills to coordinate software development of a new system in AWS. The candidate must have experience on below job duties:

BUSINESS ANALYSIS

· Work closely with IT functional team to document and translate business needs to software technical requirements, systems configuration and implementation specifications.

· Consult with business end users to identify current issues, clarify objectives, and translate to technical requirements

· Research solutions for business requirements and document solution options

· Create presentations, user guides, software requirements for client review and approval

· Prepare and coordinate meetings

OPERATIONS

· Provide user technical and business support including ideas and recommendations regarding AWS environment as well as their further development

· Assist in establishing pro-active processes for monitoring, issue avoidance, and improvement of service

· Will identify, research and resolve problems

· Will respond to telephone calls and email requests for technical support

· Validate results by testing programs

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with PCI compliance systems

· Knowledge of Agile methodologies

SKILLS:

· Ability to work independently and efficiently

· Strong analytical and problems solving skills

· Strong communication skills and ability to track and complete multiple requests in a dynamic environment

· Aptitude for continuous improvement

Bachelor’s degree
