Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Recruiters for our Aurora, IL office. As a Recruiter, you will be an essential part of our office's core operations.

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH

Hours: Monday-Friday; 5am-1:30pm DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER MUST BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 10-11 HOURS.

PAY RATE: BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BENEFITS AFTER 90 DAYS

Responsibilities:

· Conduct calls on a daily basis to recruit for open positions

· Take in applications, assure all applications are completed properly.

· Screen employees accordingly for open positions based on their skills to determine which position will best fit for employee

· Provide employees with all the information for the positions available such as: pay rate, location, job description and requirements.

· Assure employees being recruited pass the requirements for the position applying for

· Assure employees follow company GMPs

· Dispatch employees accordingly with drivers

· Be attentive and respond to emails on a timely manner

· Have great communication skills with coworkers, employees and clients

Requirements:

· 1-YEAR EXPERIENCE PREFERABLY BUT NOT A REQUIREMENT

· Must be able to pass Background Check

· Must be able to pass Drug Test

· Must Speak English and Spanish

· MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OT AND WEEKENDS AS NEEDED, ESPECIALLY DURING NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER.

· Must be great at multitasking and be able to work independently and as a team player as needed.
