    My business is growing and so is my team! I’m in need of a full-time Assistant / Listing Coordinator.   The purpose of the job position:  • As a listing coordinator, you are responsible for making sure all listing transactions are set up with vendors to assure a smooth, successful process of getting the homes on the market and sold • Communicating with all involved parties and vendors to make sure the before/during/after on the market process is successfuy • The main goal is to have satisfied sellers Responsibilities: • Administrative work • Daily/weekly tasks • Arrange and set up team leader appointments • Confirm showing with prospect buyers/agents • Follow up with agents after listing showings • Weekly progress report to the seller about showings • Report on a daily basis to the team leader • Run errands • Listing coordinating with all vendors and third party • Vendor communication • Coordinate pre-marketing appointments and site visits • Create open house flyers • Property marketing on different platforms • Email/phone communication with sellers/buyers to ensure a smooth process of collecting paperwork Qualifications: • Technology/computer savvy • Microsoft Office experience or Mac(Outlook, Publisher, etc.) • Real Estate experience preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication Personal Skills: • Fast learner • Detail-oriented • Ability to work independently • Ability to multi-task • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Compensation: $17 - $25/Hour
