Role Description

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating and publishing content, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with teams across the organization to develop and execute social media strategies that drive business objectives.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing and executing content strategies
• Strong writing skills for different platforms and audiences
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive social media campaigns and strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Pay-Per-Click advertising and SEO is a plus
