    This is a tuition-free 12-week, part-time, online program, where you'll be mentored by top Silicon Valley business executives and prepared to hit the ground running in a full-time job in 3 months.

    Our program will provide you with the job-specific knowledge and skills you'll need to be successful in your career:

    Career Planning and Mentorship: Upon successful completion of the program, we will help place you in a high-paying entry-level job at a fast-growing tech startup. We'll help you build out your resume and coach you on how to pass every interview.

    Real Projects with Real Companies: Your practical training will consist of both simulations and real-world experience through a business development internship and class projects. You'll learn how to manage partners, calculate business metrics, and create and manage a sales funnel. Benefit from the SVAcademy Community and Network

    Network: You will meet executives from the top companies in the Bay Area, including Facebook, Amazon, Oracle, LinkedIn and Netflix, and founders of fast-growing startups like Entelo, Campaign Monitor, Prysm and CircleCI. You will also build strong bonds with other SVA Fellows, and together, you will strengthen your workplace skills and develop your personal brand.

    Flexible hours: The program is flexible so that you can take it during your last semester of school. The online curriculum allows you to do most of your work independently, so you can make it fit into your busy class schedule. The program runs for 12 weeks and will require a minimum of 10 hours of work per week on your part.

    Qualifications: -A Senior pursuing a BA or BS with an expected graduation in Spring 2018 - recent graduates are also encouraged to apply -Ability to work in the United States upon graduation -Strong desire to be in a Business Development role at a startup -Excellent written/verbal skills -Strong problem-solving skills -High Energy and positive attitude -Ability to take initiative -Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

    The next fellowship will start on March 5th, 2018. Deadline to apply is February 19th. Applications are limited and fellows will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
