The Commercial Loan Officer is accountable for prospecting and acquiring profitable new small business relationships, as well as retaining and deepening existing relationships. The Commercial Loan Officer focuses on new loan requests and renewals with credit relationship with a focus on CRE/ O/O Commercial and some C&I . The Commercial Loan Officer will analyze customer’s financial condition and recommend financial solutions to best meet the customer’s business and personal needs. The Commercial Loan Officer will work closely with branch managers and  market leadership to providing constructive  business solutions.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years commercial lending experience and familiarization with the Augusta business communities. Prior commercial banking experience a plus and a commitment to community involvement is essential.
